I am so excited to help my good friend, Kirsten from The Crafting Chicks, launch her most amazing app called Kid Chatteroo. It’s an app that helps us as mother’s capture those sweet unforgettable (but easily forgotten) moments of our children being children. Kid Chatteroo gives us simple questions to ask our children and then we can record the answers and save that little piece of fleeting childhood.
Here’s how it works:
Isn’t it remarkable. I love this app and my kids do to. These memories I am recording are priceless…to me as well as my little one! We do it while we wait in the car for the oldest to get out of school or waiting at the dentist. It’s a great way to keep the kids entertained and strengthen your bond with them at the same time.
Here are some of my children’s answers to the Kid Chatteroo questions:
-What does a rainbow taste like? A cookie (Ellie, 4), Gingerbread (Izzy, 5), Skittles (Ethan, 10)
-If you live in Candyland what would your house be built out of? Gingerbread (Ellie), Licorice Vines (Izzy), Candy Canes (Ethan)
-What are you most excited for? Candyland (Ellie), Christmas (Izzy), Halloween (Ethan)
-Why are Moms super? They make kids eat (Ellie), Cause they really love you (Izzy), Who else would take care of you (Ethan)
-What is the silliest thing about your Dad? He can juggle jelly beans (Ellie), He does funny yawn stretches (Izzy), His Elmo laugh (Ethan)
And that’s only 5 questions! We had so much fun going through so many more questions! This app is a great way to interact with your children. Each question spawns new questions and conversations. It made for a very entertaining night. Kid Chatteroo is a definite 5 star app!
